As makers of software we’re not only inventors, or creative cogs in the machinery which makes it, but we’re users, too.

How do the culture and organizational dynamics of a startup, an enterprise, a government agency, or venture capital investment community influence what succeeds and what fails on App Stores?

Software by many objective measures is better than it’s ever been, and yet there’s clearly so much we could be doing better.
